Return/Exchange Policy

Returns

* Limited Edition Items, discontinued item sales, clearance items, and custom orders may not be returned.

* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Nor will we pay shipping on returns of exchanges

* We strongly suggest that you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible for or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.

* Refunds will be processed after satisfactory completion of these conditions.

*Once an order is fulfilled & collected by USPS it is out of our control. If your package is shown as lost we will gladly replace your order after 10 business days to allow for USPS to scan. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order. 


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for full credit. (NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING)


We will cover also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your credit within a week (or less) of us receiving the returned items.
